Lord knows how much I miss my Uncle, Uncle Ehime Aikhomu. He was a man with determination, humility and kindness. When I heard about the whole incident, I could not believe it, then I fell to tears. I wasn’t even at home, I was at a friend’s house with two other friends. The whole thing seems quite unbelievable to us all. I respected him so much, because he also respected himself. As you know, people will say, ‘respect yourself so that others can respect you’. Normally, after people say that, the question ‘How do you respect yourself?’ comes into my head.
Oh well, this is a man that I had known very well. It’s a shame Uncle Ehime had to go so soon, but we all know that God knows best. I remember last summer very clearly, it was a very nice one. We miss you so much, and we love you. Rest in perfect peace Uncle Ehime.
